Why do I need to register to make a purchase?

We ask you to register to make a purchase so that in the event we need to contact you regarding your order we have your details available. Also the details you provide are used by HSBC to process your payment, so you do not have to re enter them during the payment process. By registering, you are also able to log in to our site and follow the progress of your order.We do NOT pass your details on to any third party organisations and the information provided is only used to ensure that we provide you, the valued customer, with the best service possible

How do I know that my credit card details will be secure?
|

We aim to make our online transactions as secure as possible. The checkout process is performed on our secure server which will encrypt all your input making it impossible for any data transmitted from your computer to be intercepted by others. Credit card transactions are performed by HSBC who offer a secure e-commerce provider. HSBC will take your credit/debit card details and validate them. You will then be returned back to our website to finish the transaction. For this reason the only information we keep is whether your transaction is successful or not. No credit card details are kept on the Divoza website.

Is my password accessible to anyone and can my account with you be used to make purchases without my knowledge?

No, even we have no access to your password. Please remember when entering your user name (email address) and password, that both are case sensitive. If you should forget your password, click on "forgotten password" and a new password will be sent to your email address. This will enable you to log in to your account and change your password to something more familiar. Everytime you wish to make a purchase you will be asked to enter your payment details, therefore no one else can make a purchase without your knowledge. We do not hold your credit card details anywhere on our system.

Can I make my purchase by telephone?

Do you charge for delivery?
|
 |
We charge a flat fee of £4.95 + VAT per order regardless of the weight of the order. Therefore someone purchasing multple items will only pay £4.95 + VAT and nothing more. The charge made is the cost charged to us by our courier and we do not make money on delivery. The charge of £4.95 + VAT applies to UK mainland deliveries only.

Why can't I have one price displayed inclusive of VAT and delivery?

We believe it is important for our customers to know exactly what they are paying for and for this reason, we display the net price of the item, the VAT element and the delivery is added. VAT is charged on the fixed delivery charge.
It is our opinion that there is no such thing as "free delivery" but that infact this is simply terminolgy used to attract customers, while simply "loading the displayed price" We prefer you, the customer, to purchase knowing there are no "hidden extras"

Are all the items displayed held in stock?

We carry the full range of our items in stock, however, there may be instances, when due to high demand a particular product might sell out. Our stock control system provides us with with daily stock figures and triggers automatic re ordering when an item reaches a certain stock level, therefore either we have the item in stock or it is due to be back in stock shortly.

Once I place my order, how long will it be before I receive delivery?

Once your order has been confrmed, we endeavour to dispatch between 7 and 14 days, normally sooner. As soon as your order has been dispatched, we email you advising you of the same. Orders are dispatched by courier for next day delivery.

What happens if I received damaged goods?

Our terms and conditions clearly advise the procedure that is required with regard to damaged goods. But please be assured that we will make every effort to rectify the matter as soon as possible

We try very hard to dispatch all items ordered at the same time, however it may be necessary for us to dispatch from another depot in which case orders may be split and arrive using different couriers
